Vectortasks™ Seminar 015
Architectural 3D Modeling in VectorWorks®

To register for the class click here.

This Vectortasks seminar is based on a simple, but effective concept: short simple tasks that can be easily demonstrated and learned, and used as building blocks to aquire advanced drawing skills. Rather than a dry recitation of “This is the tool and this is how you use it.” Vectortasks demonstrates the use of multiple tools to accomplish specific tasks.

The seminar is based on teaching the skills needed by most VectorWorks users. While not every user needs every task, every user will learn something useful in every class. The seminar is organized around a typical architectural project workflow. This class utilizes the architectural modeling tools in Vectorworks to create several different 3D building models. Different ways of working depending on the desired result will be taught. The class is designed for advanced beginner/intermediate users of Vectorworks, but all levels from beginner to expert are invited to attend.

While this class is based on architectural models, it is appropriate for anyone interested in learning how to use VectorWorks and the hybrid architectural tools. This class provides the basics of VectorWorks that can be applied to any market.

The seminar demonstrates individual tasks in a typical project sequence. Overall, it shows how to take a project from start to finish using individual tasks.
